This form will allow you to register to bid on Resident Auctions. Please fill out the form below to begin.
You only need to submit this form once to become a lifetime Member. Information will be immediately sent to you by email confirming your Login Information! As a Member you will also receive news about upcoming auctions and any important information you need to know.
Please Note: You must register for each auction using your Email and Password and follow the Terms and Conditions for that specific Auction to become approved for bidding.
General Terms and Conditions
You must have a Bidder’s Card to bid. Terms and conditions of the Auction are on the card, please read. Bidder Cards are available in the office. All sales are final. All vehicles are sold as-is, where-is. without warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied.
You must pay a deposit at the time of the winning bid. Deposits are $100 or 20% of the sale. If you buy multiple Vehicles, you must leave a deposit for each Vehicle. If the vehicle sells for under $100, you must pay the full amount Today.
We do not take checks of any kind. Cash or credit card only and remember there is a 3% CC fee that goes to the Bank Not us.
We will not be responsible for any damage or theft from vehicles after the Auction closes tonight. We highly recommend that you take your purchased vehicle off our lot Today.
We do not give refunds. We do not do any type of exchange. Again, we do not give of any kind Warranty or guarantee. We do not do safety inspections on these vehicles; we do not guarantee the vehicles’ road-worthiness. All Vehicles are sold Where IS “AS IS”.
Know what you are bidding on before you bid. Don’t get caught up in a Frenzy and pay more than you can afford.
As a courtesy, if we are aware of any known issue with an item being sold at the auction we will write the issue on the item’s Window, but this is not a guarantee of any kind. There may be more issues than we Discovered. We Do not guarantee the vehicle will start and run after tonight’s sale.
If the Police, or DMV require us to get the vehicle back, we will only refund the Purchase Price and Tax. Do NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, invest any money into the vehicle UNTIL you receive your title. Check your Title once you receive it from DMV to ensure all information is correct, name, address, VIN, etc.
All vehicles that come through the auction on a forklift are non-runners, regardless of what else may be said.
DONT BID ON A VEHICLE UNLESS YOU WANT IT. If you refuse to pay for any vehicle, you have bid on, you will be escorted off the property and put on the Bad Bidder List. If you are later allowed to return to a Quality Towing Auction you will be required to pay a $500 deposit to bid. Once you have been placed on the Bad Bidder list, you can only purchase one vehicle per auction. If a Bad Bidder does not pay for the vehicle a second time that Bidder will be banned from all Quality Towing Auctions.
If you win a bid, you are not allowed in the yard to see the vehicle, once you have paid for the vehicle, we will set it on the street, so you see the vehicle.
The titling Paperwork, known as Lien Documents, will be completed in the name of the person who is registered to the Bidder Card only. You cannot register to get a Bidder’s Card in your name, and request that the vehicle be put in someone else’s name. If you used your name to register to get a bidder’s card, the title paperwork will be put in your name only. If someone else wants to buy a vehicle that person will need to register to get their own bidders’ card. All individuals registering for the Bidders Card will be bound by all Auction Rules and Regulations.
Once you pay for your vehicle please remove it from company property. All vehicles PURCHASED by you MUST be removed from 2024 Losee Rd., NLV, NV by the deadline on the following Monday no later than 2PM. If the vehicle is not removed by the deadline day and time, you will be charged for storage, and after 48 hours the vehicle will be impounded for being unauthorized parking on the company’s property. The vehicle will accrue daily storage charges in addition to other accessorial charges i.e., lien processing, auction preparation, etc. up until the disposition of the vehicle.
Any vehicle not paid for and picked up by 2PM on Monday will be forfeited.
Robin oversees the floor and what she says GOES. Misconduct from the public toward employees WILL NOT be tolerated, any person involved will be asked to leave the premises indefinitely.
Quality Towing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
